The Contracting Authority would like to set up a framework for ad-hoc pieces of GB and UK/EU-wide energy market review (electricity, gas, carbon, balancing), BREXIT, net zero and regulatory change, related analysis, expert review services including rates (hourly, daily, etc.) and secondee support to help manage any resourcing bottle necks within the team.
