WCC - Treatment or Disposal of Municipal Residual Waste in Warwickshire 2018

Notice Description

The Council is looking for a Contractor to provide a suitable Delivery Point for the safe receipt of Municipal Residual Waste delivered under the Contract, ensure the safe and environmentally sound handling of Municipal Residual Waste from acceptance at the Delivery Point to the point of Recovery / Disposal and comply with all aspects of the requirements of service and any applicable legislation relating to the Contract. Additional information: The Council is looking for a Contractor to provide a suitable Delivery Point for the safe receipt of Municipal Residual Waste delivered under the Contract, ensure the safe and environmentally sound handling of Municipal Residual Waste from acceptance at the Delivery Point to the point of Recovery / Disposal and comply with all aspects of the requirements of service and any applicable legislation relating to the Contract. The Contracting Authority has identified that the scope of this procurement falls within a business sector which may be attractive to infiltration by organised crime groups. The Contracting Authority therefore reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks / requirements at both the selection and award stages of the procurement. The ITT has been issued using the Council's E-tendering portal (http://www.csw-jets.co.uk) and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system. Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) by: - no later than Monday 13th November, 12 noon via https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home Any queries or requests for clarification MUST be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification. Requests for clarification will be accepted until Wednesday 1st November, 12 noon Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : Yes
