Notice Title

The Purchase of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Tool

Notice Description

Housing & Care 21 are seeking a Robotic Process Automation tool to enable automated input via the front end into several key business systems that do not have suitable interfaces or APIs, with a particular emphasis on input into the QL Housing & Finance System by Aareon. The solution will need to orchestrate the input of the data, complete with error handling and audit logs. The data will be being provided in a consistent format and for known purposes, so it is not expected that any form of advanced Artificial Intelligence will be required within the processes. It is expected that the tool will be capable of fully interacting with the front end controls in a consistent, reliable manner, neither bypassing the front end nor simply using positional control to interact. The sole objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable provider of the above tool to support Housing & Care 21 in the continued improvement and development of it's core business systems.
