Procurement for Alternatives Due Diligence Provider

Notice Description

Border to Coast has recently launched its Alternatives Private Markets structure and has commenced making capital commitments on behalf of its investors. Current assets under management are c. PS1.2bn and are expected to increase to c. PS5bn over the next 3 - 5 years and c. PS10bn over the longer term. In order to support the internal investment resources, Border to Coast is seeking an advisor/consultant to provide the following core services: - Investment Due Diligence support - Operational Due Diligence support - Market and strategy research and portfolio construction support - Investment Book of Record (IBOR) reconciliation Border to Coast is also interested in the following ancillary services from the same advisor/consultant: - Portfolio Analytics to support portfolio monitoring, analysis, cash flow forecasting and client reporting - Compliance Monitoring support - Co-Investment Due Diligence support This contract notice relates specifically to the Procurement for Alternatives Due Diligence Provider.
