Cumbria County Council, working with Cumbria LEP and Highways England, is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake the preparation of Strategic Outline Business Cases (SOBCs) covering enhancements to the A595, A66 and A590 corridors. This would build upon the earlier West of M6 Strategic Connectivity Study. Please see tender brief for further information.
