A typical annual budget spend for print is circa PS60,000 per year; in the course of that year we would print a series DL leaflets, A4/A2,A1 posters, A5 flyers, brochures and booklets. For the scope of this tender, we require you to pitch a realistic price for the provision of the selected print collateral as described below. It is assumed that all items are full colour, with artwork supplied. We have asked you to reflect and advise on the types of paper and weight you would recommend, as this plays an important part of our relationship. Please supply estimates and recommendations for the following: 1. 100 X A1 posters (please advise what paper, weight you would suggest); 2. 35 x A1 posters (please advise what paper, weight you would suggest); 3. 250,000 DL leaflets (3 pgs, folded to 1/3 A4), (please advise what weight you would suggest, and paper type); 4. 300,000 x DL leaflets, (6 pgs - folded to 1/3 DL), (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type); 5. 500 x A5 card invitations, double sided (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type); 6. 5000 x A4 double sided surveys (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type); 7. 100 x A4 double sided posters (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type); 8. 250 A4 double sided flyers (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type); 9. 10,000 A5 single sided flyers (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type); 10. 3000 x A5 brochure 30 pages (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type); 11. 500 x A4 brochure 52 pages (please advise what weight you would suggest and paper type).
