Notice Description

Nottingham City has a diverse population of over 300,000 of which approximately 60,000 are children and young people. The range of survivors in the city who have experienced one or more incident of DVA is estimated to be between 30,096 and 42,266 for females and 36,355 and 48,525 for females and males. The potential number of perpetrators within Nottingham is thought to be in 14,000 people (predominantly males).The overall aim of the service is to reduce the prevalence of and harm caused by DSVA in Nottingham City by delivering training and campaigns to support the outcomes of the service The contract will be in place for 3 Years from 1 April 2020 with the potential to extend for a further 2+2+2 years at the discretion of Nottingham City Council.
