Notice Description
UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) had a requirement to buy title to four fuel tanks currently situated and in use in Antarctica. This Single Sourcing Action (SSA) was approved in line with Regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).
