Notice Description

* Assist BCC with Stakeholder Engagement Activities * Liaise with Developer, Utilities provider and other key stakeholders to identify parameters of reinforcement and enhancement of existing utilities. Consequently, identify budget and programme for respective works. * Prepare Master Risk Register and associated Mitigation Plan. * Provide a cost check. * In conjunction with external stakeholders, prepare a master programme for infrastructure and enabling works, to include o BCC governance requirements. o Further surveys. o Key decision points. o Project start dates, durations and completion dates. o Identification of critical path. o Interdependencies with other projects in the vicinity. * Support BCC with CDM Regulations compliance. * Prepare regular reports for BCC key stakeholders and communicate updates and project development via monthly dashboard report and meetings. Measurement of success will be deliverables to the complete satisfaction of the BCC Project Manager. Contract was direct awarded via Scape Framework for Built Environment Consultancy Services
