Supply of Flooring Materials

Notice Description

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST To provide Leeds Building Services with the supply of flooring materials to be installed in non-housing Council owned properties. The framework will be split up into several lots. These are: Lot 1 - The Supply of Carpet materials that will include carpet tiles, full rolls and cuts. Lot 2 - The Supply of Vinyl material including tiles, full rolls and cuts. Lot 3 - The supply of flooring sundry items and associated products such as carpet trim, vinyl trim, carpet grips, concrete leveller and adhesive for carpet & vinyl etc. Suppliers have the option to tender for more than 1 lot and can be awarded multiple lots. Contracts are to be awarded to up to 5 suppliers for each lot. The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend the contract for an additional 1 year.
