The contract for 2026-2027 delivers the requirement of the City Development Team for a multidisciplinary skillset reflecting the stages which each project has progressed to. This includes Development Advisory services to provide the necessary pace, structure, and market expertise; Commercial Management, engagement with developers and contract matters etc, as well as oversight and delivery of detailed, development-focused programmes for each project.
