Durham County Councils Integrated Care Partnership are looking to work closely with providers of supported accommodation to increase the choice of accommodation to adults and young people with a learning disability, autism and or mental health needs who are known to Adult Health and Social Care services in County Durham This is a panel for accommodation only and the Council is seeking to work with a number of accommodation providers, such as a Registered Housing Provider Charities and other voluntary organisations a private developer/company
