Notice Description

Cheshire West and Chester Council is tendering for an Integrated Early Support and targeted emotional health and wellbeing service for children and young people aged 0-19yrs (and up to 25yrs with additional needs). This specification will set out an entitlement to community-based early intervention provision for children, young people and families affected by emotional health and wellbeing issues. It will align Local Authority and Health data flows in to national datasets, define the minimum standard for Mental Health Practitioners based within the Integrated Early Support (IES) Service whilst providing high quality targeted support to improve the outcomes of emotional health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families.
