Newcastle City Council on behalf of The North East Combined Authority (NECA) require a framework agreement with three external suppliers who can provide us with a Street Team; we are not looking for individuals to respond to this tender. Please register and submit for this opportunity via the NEPO e-tendering portal www.nepoportal.org. The Request for Quotation is made up in with the following documents, to be read in this order: 1 - Request for Quotation.doc 2 - Terms and Conditions of Contract Services (Framework) 3 - Appendix 1 - Specification.doc Upload of documentation can take some time, please ensure you provide adequate time to do this ahead of the submission deadline. Please note quotations must be received no later than date and time stated on e-tendering system. Late submissions will not be accepted.
