The Water Cycle Study will inform the Council's decisions on development sites in addition to wider policy planning requirements, as well as identifying environmental issues and potential solutions within the borough. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
