Notice Description

The service will be required to provide a minimum of 27 furnished units of emergency accommodation, through a combination of refuge and safe house provision to accommodate victims and their dependent children (providing units that will accommodate single women, men, couples with or without children). Refuge accommodation will only accommodate female victims of DA and their children (with an age limit on boys up to 12 years of age). Furnished safe houses shall need to be located across Walsall, to accommodate both male and female victims of abuse and their dependent children. The service will be delivered seven days a week, Monday to Sunday delivering a minimum of 140 support worker hours per week, with the provision of an emergency on call service outside these hours.
