Building Project - Durrington
Notice Description
Wiltshire Council owns a number of rural sites across the county which have the potential to deliver small numbers of affordable rentable housing units. Alongside that the council has identified a need for bungalows to be developed for older people in rural communities for them to downsize from larger family houses. The site at Charles Road Durrington has been identified and the council is conducting a procurement exercise using Restricted Procedure under Regulation 28 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Additional information: Please express an interest and complete the pre-qualification questionnaire. Shortlisted will from PQQ will be instructed to proceed to complete the ITT document. The ITT document at PQQ stage is for information only. All documents relating to this Advert/project will need to be sent via the supply in south west portal.
