CHP is a social housing organisation, and we are committed to providing warm, safe and affordable homes. We offer a wide range of support and housing services to help our customers and the community thrive. To support delivery of our services, we are considering the provision of a complete Housing, Asset, Compliance and Repairs Management Application Suite, and want to use this market engagement exercise to gather market intelligence/information to gain a better understanding of the usability, functionality, environmental, security of information and GDPR features available in a modern application suite. The suite of applications may include (but not limited to) some or all the following applications: Housing, Repairs, Asset & Compliance Management, CRM and Case Management/Workflow, Dynamic Scheduling, Field Services Apps and Customer & Contractor Portals. This is not a call for competition and interested parties are reminded that the market engagement does not form part of any selection process or tender exercise. At this stage, CHP is seeking views from the market to help us to develop and determine our requirements and explore options for a future procurement. Suppliers who are interested in this opportunity are encouraged to complete and submit the response document. Additional information: CHP is using the ProContract portal to manage this market engagement exercise.
