St Helens CE Primary School - Boiler Package

Notice Description

Medway Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake replacement of oil fired central heating boilers, replacement of indirect water heaters and the installation of a new control system to the school plantroom. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract no later than 31st March 2017 with a subsequent commencement date of 29th May 2017. The estimated value of the works is approximately within the range PS100K - PS120K. The estimated Contract period will be for 2 Months. Variants bids will be accepted, therefore tenderers who opt to submit a variant bid must also submit a compliant bid, and both bids will then be considered by the contracting authority. Removal of asbestos within the plantroom For detailed information about the description of scope of works, specification and pricing please refer to Specification & Scope of Works document and Price List document respectively. 3. Contractual Arrangements The form of contract used will be the JCT Design and Build Contract 2011 4. Performance Levels & Indicators The following key performance indicators will be used to monitor the performance of the successful organisation: quality and accuracy of works completion time for works completion on budget customer satisfaction complaints communication flexibility and attitude certification / invoicing problem resolution technical innovation
