Summary of the contracting process

The Leeds Intermediate Care Remodelling Programme Market Engagement Event is being led by NHS Leeds CCG, focusing on health and social work services within the Yorkshire and the Humber region of the United Kingdom. This initiative is currently in the planning stage, with an important engagement meeting scheduled for 4th November 2021, aimed at inviting interested providers to collaborate on the design and development of a new intermediate care model effective from 2023. Interested parties must register by 30th November 2021 and can do so by contacting NHS Leeds CCG directly via email.

This engagement presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the health and social care sector, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that are keen to participate in innovative healthcare solutions. By engaging in the co-design workshops, organisations can contribute to creating an integrated service model that emphasises home-based care and streamlines patient transitions. This collaborative approach not only positions businesses to potentially secure contracts in future procurement exercises but also enables them to align their services with the evolving needs of the community.
