Notice Description

North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) hereby invites suitably qualified service providers to attend a Market Engagement event which will inform the market of the CCG's intentions to commission a minor injury service integrated with Primary Care. It is anticipated that the minor injury service will be co-located with the emerging primary care hubs so that patients can be treated for a minor illness or injury at the same location. The Market Engagement event will take place on 30th August 2017, from 12:30pm at Aspen House, Stephenson Road, Severalls Business Park, Colchester, CO4 9QR. Tea and Coffee will be available from 12:15pm. The event will offer a further opportunity to engage with stakeholders and for prospective service providers to learn more about the services. The format of the event will be a Presentation from the commissioners followed by a Q & A session. The information gathered will be used to inform the Commissioners' service model and future procurement plan. To register interest in attending the engagement event please completed the attached Booking form and email it to jillian.thurston@nhs.net. Due to limitations of space, attendance is restricted to a maximum of 2 representatives per organisation. The closing date for registering attendance is 3pm on 29th August 2017 Please Note: Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken by you prior to any subsequent procurement is a matter solely for your own commercial judgment. The Commissioners reserve the right to withdraw from the process at any time or to not tender the service(s) or to tender on a different basis. In such circumstances, and in any event, The Commissioners and/or their advisors shall not be liable for any costs or loss of expenses whatsoever incurred by any organisation, agent or subsidiary that may have contributed to any proposals submitted to this notice.
