Notice Description

The Authority has an upcoming requirement (Project HERA) for the delivery of, technical support and airfield enabling services across 19 UK MOD units. Following a previous early market engagement webinar and questionnaire issued in May 2022, the Authority is conducting a further Industry Webinar on Friday 16th December 2022 to update on Project HERA progress and to inform industry of its future market engagement plans. The Project HERA requirement is currently a funded initiative but in issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN), the MOD is not committing to carry out any procurement in relation to the strategy stated in this PIN. Any related future procurement activity will be subject to the DSPCR 2011 and advertised accordingly through the relevant channels The Industry Day will be Virtual (MS Team) and on 16th December 2022. To express an interest in attending this in person, please confirm via email and provide a name, email address, telephone number & company you are representing to Air-HERA@mod.gov.uk with the subject 'Project HERA Industry Webinar Dec 22'. To note: This PIN is not a means to seek formal expressions of interest; that opportunity may become available in the future through the publication of a formal contract notice that will be published on the Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP).
