This ITT has been created by Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust acting on behalf of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust (LCH). Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) of care services via registered nurse staff, to support existing neighbourhood care teams during winter months, within the Leeds (West Yorkshire) area.
