Gloucestershire Hospitals Subsidiary Company, Trading as Gloucestershire Managed Services "Client" requires a fully comprehensive planned preventative maintenance contract, with emergency breakdown support and parts to be included in the fixed price contract. Two visits per annum at six-monthly intervals to service all equipment in line with manufacturer recommendations, and to comply with all current regulations. Please note the first visit is due at the start of the contract period. Additional information: The tender documents can be accessed at https://www.procurementservices.co.uk/lifecycle-tenders Potential bidders must send an email from the above web address to be registered on the tender portal. This will issue a verification email to allow the submission of your bid. Clarification questions should be issued as soon as possible, but in any event before 20/01/2025. The Trust cannot guarantee that it will be able to respond to a clarification question if it is received after this date.
