However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Authority has a requirement for Public Transport Services to provide Authority staff (non-uniformed) and the general public with: (Lot 1) a Park and Ride / Public Transport Service from the Campus for Ageing and Vitality, Westgate Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 6BE to the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4LP and Regent Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3HD. (Lot 2) Regent Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3Hd and The Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE7 7DN.
