Short Breaks - Swimming for Disabled Children
Notice Description
To provide Short Break swimming activities for children and young people who reside in Knowsley with disabilities from Reception year up to their 19th birthday in order to allow parents/carers a break from their caring responsibility. It is intended to establish a Contract for a period of one year, with the option of one additional extension period of up to twelve months, subject to satisfactory outcomes of reviews and the availability of funding.
