Notice Description

The Trust is looking to implement a service which provides the support of an integrated and effective welfare and benefits support service for our IMD patients, in recognition of the vital need to address these issues for holistic patient care. This contract will support a welfare benefits support service that is patient centred and sensitive to individual's physical, psychological and emotional needs. This service will provide patients with comprehensive information in accessible formats describing basic benefit entitlements along with signposting to and co-ordination of community and statutory resources. The service will primarily be provided in the IMD clinics based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. Additional information: Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://nhs.bravosolution.co.uk/nhs_collaborative/web/login.html and click the link to register - Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure); 2. Express an Interest in the Tender - Login to the portal with the username/password - Click the 'PQQs / ITTs Open to All Suppliers' link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Browse the ITTs (there may be more than one page) and select 'itt_31082' by clicking on it. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page - This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page.
