The works are construction of the High Wycombe Alternative Route Phase 4, including the provision of New Street Lighting, Drainage, Footway Reconstruction and Carriageway Reconstruction and New Parking Bays and extension to Restricted Parking Zone and associated Highways Work, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
