Notice Description
Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Quantity Surveying Services. It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required: * Costing Schedules of Dilapidations * Budgetary costing of refurbishment schemes on sketch schemes * Budgetary costing of new build schemes (residential and commercial) on sketch schemes * Detailed costings for new build and refurbishment schemes, from detailed drawings and specifications * Checking and analysing costs submitted by contractors and advising if value for money has been achieved * Value engineering of schemes, post tender
