The University of Manchester Library is planning the redevelopment of the Main Library building on Oxford Road. The redevelopment project will focus on improvements to the building's internal environment and public spaces, as well as addressing a number of long term maintenance issues. Framework Overview The intention of this tender exercise is to create a Framework for Library Relocation Services (excluding special collections and other specialist relocations which will be procured additionally at the Universities discretion) which will consist of one (1) supplier and will last for an initial two (2) year period with the option to extend for a further one (1) plus a final one (1) year making a potential of four (4) years in total. The estimated value of the framework is circa PS150,000 in the first year followed by circa PS60,000 in subsequent years.
