Newham CCG is planning an ambitious transformation of its community health services over the next 5 years. As part of our next steps and following on from your feedback, a second provider engagement workshop will be held on 9 June 2016 to share with you the work which the CCG has done so far on: *The design of the future Care Model *Innovative Contracting Models for Community Health Services *Setting practical and realistic outcomes. The purpose of these workshops is to truly engage at a very early stage with providers to get their perspectives and also embed lessons learnt from the different procurements happening across the NHS.
