Deadline for clarification questions by Bidders (Clarification Deadline) - 29th June 2018 5. Council to respond to clarification questions -3rd July 2018 6. Deadline for submission of ITQ Responses by potential suppliers (Quotation Response Deadline) - 1700 hours on 6th July 2018 7. Evaluation Week commencing - 9th July 2018 8. Awarded Decision (outcome of evaluation) - 13th July 2018 9.
