Notice Title

Major Waste Reform Consultation Analysis

Notice Description

The UK Government (in conjunction with the Devolved Administrations for EPR and DRS) will be launching a second consultation on three major waste reforms (extended producer responsibility for packaging, a deposit return scheme for drinks containers, and consistent recycling collections) in early 2021. We wish to commission an analysis of the responses to these three consultations. Each consultation features questions directly related to final policy proposals and so responses need to be analysed within a tight timeframe to ensure a government response for each is published quickly and implementation timelines are met. Consultants with capacity to undertake this project should submit a tender application to undertake the analysis of all three consultation responses, and produce separate reports summarising the findings for each.
