PHE would like to appoint a service provider for on-site service maintenance, calibration and validation as well as the repair of plate readers, washers, microarrays systems and other molecular devices instruments. This is a multi-lot opportunity as PHE has two requirements. One set of instruments must be validated and calibrated to ISO 17025 standard or equivalent accepted by ISO 15189:2012. The second set of instruments do not have this requirement.
