GB-London: Provision of Evaluation Services

Notice Description

The Gallery is seeking to appoint an external evaluator to set up a model for consistent and regular collection of both quantitative and qualitative data, for both the Inspiring People capital project and the activity plan recognising the countrywide and multi-partner nature of the project. The external evaluator will have contact with partner organisations, briefing them to ensure relevant data for activity is collected in a consistent way and can be meaningfully aggregated with onsite NPG evaluation data. Additional information: The date provided at item 10 is the tender return date. Please note that a Non Disclosure Agreement will need to be signed before we can release some of the information in the specification. An NDA has been uploaded with the Invitation to Tender, please complete and respond through this portal and we will be able to release this information. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
