Notice Description

The Authority intends for the delivery of Integrated Advocacy support for all Adults with General Care and Support Needs who have substantial difficulty in being fully involved in key care and support processes such as assessment, review or discharge. The provision of high quality advocacy support for adults is fundamental to the Authority's delivery of statutory duties within the Care Act, of which the core principle is meeting the needs of individuals, and the promotion of their wellbeing1.
