Notice Description

BSEEN is an European Regional Development Funded project which provides office space for students and graduates as part of the start-up package of support it offers. A new 3 year project has recently been approved. This requirement is to agree a contract with one provider for the provision of office space as to be detailed in the specification. The chosen establishment must be able to provide a fully serviced space inclusive of all business rates within a 3 mile radius of Birmingham City Centre, B4 7ET. The opportunity for networking and free training to users of the incubation space is also a requirement. Additional information: Suppliers must register their interest on our e-tendering portal ProContract to access the relevant documents; https://procontract.due-north.com/SupplierPreLoginHome There is NO charge for registering an account on the portal environment. Please ensure that all documents are carefully read and responded to accordingly. All communication must be through the portal, as the University will not respond to e-mails received outside of ProContract. Suppliers must be able to supply suitable office accommodation that meets our specification within a 3 mile radius of Aston University, Birmingham, B4 7ET
