Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified employers agent practice to act on the behalf of the Council (the client) as the contract administrator for the design and build contract (JCT 2011) to be entered into in connection with the Martindale School site. The requirements are shown in more detail in Schedule One - Project Brief of the Part B ITT documentation. The appointment will be made via RICS short form of consultant's appointment.
