Notice Description
Quotation for Repairs and Maintenance of Automatic Smoke Vents Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out annual repairs and maintenance for installed equipment to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council's premises. The Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor for the provision of this service. The maintenance and repair service shall cover Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (not including bank holidays). In exceptional circumstances, the contractor may be requested by the Premise manager to attend to emergency situations. Based on historical data expenditure is estimated to be in the region of PS25,000 to PS30,000 per annum. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract. The contract period will be for 3 years, commencing 1st June 2018 to 31st May 2021 The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents. To submit a quotation you will be required to 'Opt In'. For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website. All procurement responses must be carried out via the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
