Notice Description

The Authority has published a contract notice to alert suppliers to the Authority's intention to tender a Responsive Maintenance and Voids management (RMV) service in early 2022. In advance of the publication of the tender, the Authority wishes to hold a market engagement session. The Authority's Managers seek to use the marketing opportunity to articulate their aspirations for the RMV service, and also open a dialogue with suppliers in relation to the Social Value benefits and Carbon Reduction commitments, amongst other priorities, the Authority aims to derive from this procurement. The Authority aims to host an interactive Market Engagement event. To this end, the Authority has published a summary of its Client's Requirements document which suppliers and interested parties may wish to review in advance. To further facilitate interaction between the Authority's Managers and suppliers and interested parties etc., the Authority encourages suppliers and interested parties to submit questions/comments to the Authority's Managers in advance of the event. If you do propose to submit a question or comment etc., please endeavour to do this not later than 5pm Monday 10th January 2022, via the InTend portal using the clarification function. PLEASE NOTE: this Market Engagement event will be hosted on online via Microsoft Teams. It will take place at: 12noon on WEDNESDAY 12TH JANUARY 2022, Suppliers and interested parties wishing to attend this Market Engagement event will need to register an Expression of Interest on the InTend sourcing portal at: http://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing In advance of the event, I shall send all respondents who have 'expressed an interest', the MS Teams invitation via email.
