A 24 hour kennelling contract for taking care of stray dogs.Kennels must be maintained & operated to standards approved by the Council taking account of advice of their Veterinary Advisor and Animal Welfare Officer, and meet the relevant requirements of the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals (England) Regulations 2018.
