Notice Description

South East London CCGs are keen to test the potential provider market for the Provision of Integrated Urgent Care. The services currently expected to fall within the urgent care pathway will include, but are not limited to, the following core services: * NHS 111 The NHS 111 Service operates within national standards across England through a local commissioned delivery model that is most appropriate for any given area. The NHS 111 commissioning standards will apply to the services which are the subject of this process. Further information on the NHS 111 service development can be sourced through registration at: http://www.networks.nhs.uk/nhs-networks/nhs-111-service-development. The principal aims of the proposed NHS 111 service are to: o Improve the public experience accessing urgent healthcare o Get people to the right service first time, including self-care where appropriate o Provide the CCGs with management information regarding usage of services o A more streamlined patient pathway o A consistent model of care across South East London Potential providers with relevant capability to deliver this service are requested to express an interest in bidding for this service should the CCGs decide to carry out a competitive tender exercise and publish a Contract Notice for this requirement. The CCGs actively encourage smaller and new providers to attend the event. We welcome interest from collaborations of providers. The CCGs will be holding an information event on 24th August 2017, from 9:30 to 11:30 at Neighbourhood Room Coin Street Community Builders Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre 108 Stamford Street South Bank London SE1 9NH which will be the second market engagement event for this procurement. Depending on the responses, spaces may be limited, therefore the CCG's may apply a limit on numbers from each organisation. You can express an interest in this market testing exercise by sending an e-mail to nelcsu.clinical-procurement@nhs.net.
