Notice Description

Unlimited Project Annual Licence for EngagementHQ Bang the Table will provide an EngagementHQ website for a period of twelve months, renewable annually, comprising unlimited consultation projects and incorporating Project Hubs (internal landing pages, for example, for key themed areas such as Infrastructure, Networks, Events, Planning, Leisure, Environment, Transport and/or special projects allowing individual projects to be connected to their associated Hub). * The website will include all functionality, features and support listed below for EngagementHQ enabling use of the full capacity and access to support and consultation advice. Bang the Table will provide automatic updates and new functionality at no additional cost. * The website will include administrator access and support as follows: o Two Site Administrators: providing access to the content management system, reporting and analysis capabilities across each of the three projects including the capacity to create Hub and Project Administrators. o Ten Hub Administrators: providing access to the content management system, reporting and analysis capabilities for allocated project hubs and linked projects including the capacity to create Project Administrators for projects within their allocated Hub/s. o Twenty Project Administrators providing access to the content management system, reporting and analysis capabilities for allocated project/s. * Site, Hub and Project Administrators have access to following support and training: o Website Scoping with our Engagement Specialist designed to determine engagement objectives and strategy, site architecture, layout and design elements and introduce Bang the Table support levels and confirm site launch date and identify key projects for launch (Site and Hub Administrators) o Online training with our Engagement Specialist over a one and half hour session with a focus upon online engagement best practice, project planning and the EngagementHQ content management system. o Face to face training over a six hour one day course for up to 15 people comprising site planning and preparation, best practice principles, project planning and online engagement methodology. o Pre- Launch website review by our Engagement Specialists (Site and Hub Administrators) o Direct advice and support from our Engagement Managers (Site and Hub Administrators) o Twenty-four hour chat and email support Monday to Friday and access to online support resources including training and help videos and articles (Site, Hub and Project Administrators) o Three, Six and Nine months site usage and best practice reviews (Site Administrators) Administrators)BRAND INTEGRATION EngagementHQ provides capacity within the licence price to include the Cycle Enfield logo, banner image, toolbar colours, in addition to dropdown navigation links to all key aspects of the Cycle Enfield website. * Dynamic Brand Integration
