Potato Europe - held annually every September, an important event for the European potato industry, organised in rotation in either Germany, Belgium, France or the Netherlands. AHDB Potatoes usually takes a large stand space (150m2 approx.) in the centre of the trade stand marquee on hard standing flooring and has traditionally exhibited alongside industry co-exhibitors on an approx. 150m2 island space. Fruit Logistica - hosting over 3 thousand exhibitors and over 78 thousand visitors every year, Fruit Logistica is a very large fresh produce trade and marketing event held in Berlin each year in the month of February. It is a highly-focused and commercial trade (B2B) event where fresh produce marketing and trade organisations exhibit from all over the world. Stand presentation standards are very high, and competition for key locations, visitor attention and footfall is fierce, therefore AHDB's stand, design and fitting must take this into account.we are seeking a supplier who can supply and provide us with an innovative, attractive and functional stand design (including ancillary services). The stands need to be open and welcoming for visitors and also function well for the exhibitors in terms of messaging, branding and hospitality. AHDB are seeking a supplier who can supply and provide us with an innovative, attractive and functional stand design (including ancillary services). The stands need to be open and welcoming for visitors and also function well for the exhibitors in terms of messaging, branding, hospitality, meeting space, comfort and sufficient and efficient storage. The framework agreement for a single provider will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months each, with a break clause after each year. Commencement is April 2019 (lead time), with first stand build being Fruit Logistica February 2020. Being able to communicate on site is vital, therefore there must be members within the project team on site that can verbally communicate in English, French and German are preferable.
