Notice Description
Programme Manager Deliverables: Report to the Programme Director the risks, issues and dependencies within the various workstreams, ensure that the mid-level plans are on track and achievable, report to the Programme Board and CDA, ensure governance criteria are adhered to. Acceptance Criteria: Highlight reports, mid level plans, risk log, issues log, communication plans and learning & adoption acceptance criteria. Customer Responsibilities: Provide access to the programme tools. Provide regular meetings with the Programme Director and other senior level staff. PMO/Business Manager Deliverables: Report to the Programme Director the risks, issues and dependencies within the programme. Provide oversight of all programme procurement processes. Deliver financial modelling for the Programme. Support the deliver of the Benefits Realisation Plan and the FBC. Acceptance Criteria: Risk log, action plans, finance tracker, procurement plans
