Supplier to deliver an external impact evaluation of the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) 2014 - 2023. This evaluation will focus on how well the EMFF support granted across the UK has contributed to the Union Priority-level objectives set by the European Commission. The regulatory basis for this evaluation is cited below; An impact evaluation of the EMFF is a regulatory requirement under Article 56(3) of the Common Provision Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013: "At least once during the programming period, an evaluation shall assess how support from the ESI Funds has contributed to the objectives for each priority."
