NOTE: This notice was updated on 21 August 2018 for the following reason: Extension to tendering window - tender now closes on Monday 6th September 2018 at 5pmHuman use of the marine environment exerts a range of pressures on birdlife including noise and visual disturbance from a wide range of activities. Disturbance can lead to stress responses, flight, and changes in roosting or foraging behaviour for example. Such responses can directly or indirectly reduce the fitness of individuals and health of the population. The most observable outcome of disturbance is often a redistribution (displacement or attraction) of the species. For further details visit https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/6HA94FUAPG Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
