Dear Operator You are invited to quote on the following transport requirement: CLIENT DETAILS Client is an older person who has dementia and is unsteady on his feet. He uses a walking stick or a foldable 3 wheeled rollator. TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS: * Taxi with boot space to transport a foldable 3 wheeled rollator * Crew must be Client Transport (Safeguarding) trained; hold current Bucks CC ID badges, be DBS checked and have clear English communication JOURNEY REQUIREMENTS 3 morning journeys required on a weekly basis Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (mornings) 09:45 From: Micklefield Road, High Wycombe, HP13 7HZ To: Safe Haven Dementia Centre, 399 Totteridge Baptist Church, Hillary Road, High Wycombe, HP13 7RA
