The proposed works are as follows: 1. Alteration and Refurbishment of Changing Room to become a Hygiene Room 2. Construction of a new egress accessible ramp from a Dining Room 3. Refurbishment of an existing Hygiene Room to current standards 4. Replacement of an existing stair lift
