St Helens Borough Council are undertaking a Market Engagement to acquire an insight regarding the interest and capability / capacity of the market for the provision of Early Help Family Support Services. To help inform the Council providers are invited to register on The-Chest portal, review the Statement of Requirements and complete and return the Response Form no later than 12 noon on the 11th May 2023. Please note at this stage this is not a procurement exercise but is to acquire market information only.
